The responsibilities

  • Climbing and undertaking pruning, reductions, dismantles, and removals 
  • Operating saws, chippers, stump grinders, and rigging systems safely 
  • Supporting the crew with ground operations when needed 
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, professional site at all times 
  • Completing digital job sheets and risk assessments 
  • Representing the company positively with clients and the public 
  • Contributing to a strong, respectful team culture 

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist 
  • NPTC/LANTRA certificates (CS30/31/38/39 as a minimum) 
  • Strong awareness of safety and best practice 
  • Pride in your work and attention to detail 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 
  • A positive attitude and hunger to improve 
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
