We’re looking for an Arborist who has the capabilities to use forestry Machines who takes pride in safe, efficient machine handling and wants to be part of a values‑driven, high‑performance team.

The responsibilities
- Working within all aspects of arboriculture.
- Operate specialist arboricultural machinery (e.g., Green Climber, Robo‑mulcher, MEWPs, stump grinders, chippers)
- Support crews on high‑volume, high‑efficiency tasks
- Maintain machines to a professional standard
- Move equipment safely across sites and challenging terrain
- Assist with site set‑up, traffic control, and housekeeping
- Work closely with Crew Leaders on workflow and risk assessments
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
What you bring
- Proven experience operating arboriculture or land‑based machinery
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., STSS, remote mulcher tickets, MEWP, telehandler)
- Strong awareness of safety, terrain, and risk
- Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Pride in looking after equipment
- A team-first mentality — no lone wolves
- Full UK driving licence preferred
